Ayurvedic Medicine

Chakra Balancing

In Ayurvedic tradition, ‘chakra’ refers to the electromagnetic hot spots located along the backbone and stretching from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. The 7 primary chakras express different characteristics with a physical, emotional, creative, and spiritual component.

By stimulating each energy center, chakra balancing encourages your body to return to a natural state of balance. A session could include gentle touch, guided meditation, chakra-specific aromatherapy, crystals, or personal affirmations that may:

·      Improve overall health and well being

·      Provide a greater and faster ability to heal your whole self -mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional

·      Increased openness, memory, concentration, and awareness

·      Improve sleep, better control over your emotions, and a sense of peace

·      Trigger the body’s lymphatic system (continued detoxification can last up to 24-48 hours after the session)

Guided Meditation

Guided meditation is a form of meditation that utilizes my voice and aromatherapy, sound therapy, and/or light therapy to achieve or enhance the meditative state. Its goal is to promote change in your body by using your mind.
